    I checked on my 5 gallons of hefe this morning. The kreuzen has fallen back into the beer, it has turned to a dark honey color, and it smells really good. I can't wait to more it to the keg Saturday. Only two more weeks till it is ready to drink.

    Well. It's a New Year, and it may be time to get back on the rocks. Anyone have any plans for a Bridgeport or Tolar run?

    I look at my truck in the garage, and as great as it looks sitting there, it looks much better on the trail.

    Just wanted to see what everyone had planned, if anything. I'll post when I have anything planned. Nothing right now, maybe end of the month or into February.
