Finally finished LEDS - cupholders, console, and bed lights

I layed on my shoulders on the floor and looked up under the dash and put the LED bars up where I wanted them. Then I used little zip ties to "hang" them under there. Some of the zip ties are around other wiring bundles, etc that's under there.

They have been under there for a few years and all is perfect. I dont have the zip ties very tight on them either. That way I can rotate the LED bar to make the glow go where I want it.

Edit: When I first looked @ the hood pic I thought there were 2 LED locations and now that I look @ it more I'm thinking it's a light bar... some of it is hidden behind the weather strip?

 

Thanks, I used the l.e.d lights on a roll from eBay for the bed & I had about 3' left. They just peel & stick I cleaned the metal behind the weather strip & stuck the lights to it ran the wires down the hood behind the braces & hooked them to the battery. I also added a switch to the plastic radiator shroud.

Got the interior done today. Above cup holders, cubby next to steering wheel, glove box, rear cup holders, console storage & that cup holder thing that only a can fits in (I think it's for an ashtray).

 

Awesome! I'm gathering parts for same layout. Now I know what mine will look like before it's done. Ha ha. I really like your subtle approach - very classy - though I'm considering adding a single 5mm to each pocket in the doors too.
