Anyone done a cruise control swap to a 1995-97? I am thinking that the wiring should be pretty easy.
I am also trying to swap in factory electric doors/locks.
Hard to find a donor truck.

door locks will be easy i think.

CC could be a bitch just to run into a stock control bar..unless you do something different.

I paid 6700 for mine and had felt like I was over paying, but after a lot of research I guess I got a decent deal. All others are over priced or in Mexico

Ok cool. I don't feel so bad, I see you have a few exterior mods. Could you post a few pics for me. I'm about to down size on my firearms collection to find front and rear bumpers

Haha I know a lot of basic info/specs about these trucks. But when my truck was handed down to me I didn't know much about it either. After having it a couple years Ive learned a lot.

It has a bit more than a few exterior mods, that entire truck its self is a mod lol.

But I'd suggest reading up around here, because mods require a lot of cash to be done right. Those bumpers are expensive and add a good amount of weight. With the extra weight your trucks stock suspension will sag, so you will then need to get a lift/ heavy duty springs. And the list will just go on, so take it slow at first and figure it all out.

Most SR5's I see have the buckets, but it makes sense that they are all just different options. I really wish I had buckets and a console though.
