Haha I really want to know why Toyota even made that a seat. I have a tiny extension off of my seat that has another seat belt, yet not even a dwarf could sit there.

In all seriousness though, the only time that middle seat would ever come in handy is if I needed to strap in a teddy bear.

Im not set on anything yet, but im looking at the B rated ironman leaf springs. I think I read they lift about an inch and a half from stock. So im thinking about getting those and if the truck isnt level im going to get some shackles

You'll need way more then 1.5" to level out with the eibachs.

Good luck and thank you for joining the military. Mechanics in the military can get a lot of really good training and education that will help in the civilian sector if you don't stay in til retirement. I was a 2145/2146 tracked vehicle repairman/M60/M1. I enjoyed every second of my 8 years.

By the way, the old adage of never volunteer? Throw it out the window. these days you increase your chances of promotion, and career advancement by volunteering. I volunteered for everything I could, and by the end of my 8 years, Every officer treated me with respect and the 1st Sgt and I would always go out for beers. I had a lot of responsibility and oversaw a lot of subordinates. Some of them even outranked me, but they still treated me with respect because they knew I knew what I was doing, and that I didn't play games. I saw too many boots get hurt because they got cocky and didn't take the time to actually LEARN what they were supposed to be doing.
