Going black....it was chrome but being 10+ years old and "Dads" tow service...more than a few chains & straps have chipped the chrome off the bottom...starting to peel..:(...PLUS I always have black paint in stock..between touch-ups on the Tacomas bottom end and Mommas "Iron" yard decor always a few cans in stock...

Only parts I might "color match" would be the grille and surround/head light area....The TOTAL black theme changed when I purchased the new tool box and the '09 TRD wheels.....Detailed out, the OEM paint still SHINES  and all it takes is time when painting...$$$$ is the cheapest Mod out there...

Nice . Now just avoid the swamp water like I do . And keep that baby running good . You should deffenetly move your breathers to a higher location .

Went into the middle of this puddle hood deep and started floating
    nepe5e2y_f2772e91931238f6cb37fd04af00ec0a120d128e.jpg
Much like the USS Detroit... (Different puddle)

But I was able to back out of it.

As you can tell by the photo with the FJ, that water was deep! My buddy's FJ is taller than mine.

So I am done playing USS Newark (port where my truck was delivered) for a while.

Water and mud got all inside
