Happy Nude Year to all! :D

Hello to all the newbs, too.

I got my new shifter bushings & such, but it was too darned cold to go outside & install them. :bucket: My truck is shifting very poorly, expecially into 4th. :bananadead:

I did get some shooting in during the holidaze, at a place up off of Cabezon Road just south of San Ysidro (31 miles from the Chevron in Bernalillo). When the weather warms up, we should have a shooting meet up there; I'll supply guns & ammo. ( I have more ammo than I really should, probably.)

I have some more hand loads to run through my chronograph; I may try to get this done this weekend, if it's not too windy. I went out last Friday for this, but it was too windy that day (my stands won't stay up in gusty winds). Pretty freakin' cold out there, too.

I've ordered a magnetic license plate holder so I can use my bumper until I get the license plate bolt holes drilled. Anyone got advice on drilling 3/16" steel?

Yup.. slow speeds, a good amount of pressure, cutting oil, cobalt (or similar high quality) drill bit, preferably a high torque drill, and some sort of punch and hammer to keep the bit in one spot. I've got everything if you want me to do it for you... I should get off work around 3pm tomorrow if then or the evening works for you. :notsure: I'll shoot you a PM...
