    so do they perform about the same? im sure with either it all depends on the tuning.

    Yes , Im not going to say which is better they both have their Pros and Cons. They do perform about the same but it really does all come down to tuning.

    im actually in santa clarita... right outside the san fernando valley. but i wouldnt mind driving if it was for my truck :cool: either way its about an hour for either. i just want to make sure i get my work down at a solid shop that way i wont have any regrets later on.

    Yes take all the weight off the shocks, then let all the nitrogen out of the shocks and then charge to your specifications

    You leave them compressed after rebuilding and shoot them with nitrogen to see if they extend on their own. This ensures seals and what not are good. As far as setting final pressure, I've always read to have the shocks fully extended.

    Yes done only when extended, you can technically do it compressed on the truck but you will get a different pressure since its not extended.

    Happens to me when rock crawling if I'm at a steep enough angles..first time it happened I was scared shitless because I almost flopped. There's a pitch and yaw sensor that will shutoff the fuel pump and other stuff if the computer thinks the taco is getting ready to roll. Happens on my buddies FJ a lot more then my taco

    i was on the street though, lol. Went from reverse to drive and it shut off. scared the shit out of me, hesitated to start too.
