    I usually only get one a year. But this one was bad. Damn flus these days are evolving. I usually hit my colds with lemon, ginger, honey, soups, echinacea, golden seal, and sleep. Fevers are the worst cause you cant sleep or eat properly. Today is a better day though, just recovering.
