    Absolutely. Easier to pressure test.

    I would almost bet on a vacuum leak though. At least from the symptoms.

    Get your hands on a fuel pressure gauge and just hook it up inline from the tank to the engine and then cycle the key.

    Can you read the fuel trim? That might at least tell you if it's in the fuel system.

    You didnt mention it in the OP but are you dumping huge amounts of fuel? That may narrow down a misfire, fuel leak or injector failure. You could also get some fuel dye and dump it in your fuel tank and see if it comes out anywhere.

    My second thought like you is the MAF or maybe even the TB

    If it were MAF he should have. P0171 or P0174 off the top of the head. It will throw off fuel trim adaptions. Also if vacuum leak usually you get a 171 or lean code. Test the throttle body... Gut instinct. If its all electric it's basically a potentiometer. Either way I'd do a couple tanks with techron additive and marvel mystery oil added to fuel and see if it cleans injector pulse. Cheap, easy, non invasive, or

    My bet would be injectors. My buddies 2001 Tacoma had a messed up injector that would do what you're describing Jason. Only problem with that theory though is you would think it would be sounding and feeling more like a misfire.

    Shit dude. I hope you are getting some progress on this beast. Just looking at the list of everything you have done to it for replacement parts we would call that in the auto repair world, a "shotgun" lol.

    Honestly just thinking about the fact that the moment you pulled off the supercharger and the problem got better would lead me to believe you are having a fuel delivery problem. Which would send me straight to the filter and the pump. Next time something like this happens, I highly suggest checking for sufficient spark and proper fuel pressure first before you go any further. I wish you the best of luck if you haven't already fixed the problem.

    One more thought process to think about:

    Put everything back together, take it down to your local emissions inspection station and have them give you some manual readings of the vehicle. Any drivability issues you are having with the rig will rear its ugly head on there, from there I can assist you with pointing you in the right direction of what you should check that may be causing your issues.
