I really like it. I considered selling it a few months back because I wanted to get back into the AR platform. Mostly because replacement and aftermarket parts are easier to get. Other than being limited in those terms, it's a great rifle. Shoots great, will be as accurate as the person shooting it. My main gripe is the barrel isn't chrome lined and the safety/fire selector switch is a cheap plastic. I love that the charging handle is near the front of the rifle and not by your face like the AR. If I had to do it all over again, I would build my own AR.

Nice. My Gen 3 G19 is my GTG, it has Ameriglo green front and yellow rear night sights. Best combination that I have tried.

Night sites make all the difference in the world. I had them installed locally. I have had many sets of Meprolights which are great quality sights and they were always green/green. They are all Trijicon capsules so they have the same long life as any Trijicon would. But at night the three green dots just seem to blend together. Where as with the green front and yellow rear all you have to do it put green between yellow and the perp is a shit out of luck fellow. :D

The front is the "Pro-Glo" sight which has an orange ring around the capsule for daytime use and it works great.

    Front # GL-212-220-OR
    Rear # GL-229-OP-R

I agree with a philosophy a local member told me, the only 'warning shot' they get is that unmistakable sound of a pump action shotgun being cycled.

my philosophy is that if you are using a weapon for self-defense and have to chamber a round, you are doing it wrong.
