    It's obviously not sealed completely. Have you done the BHLM or opened them before for any reason? Either way, if the rubber looks good on the back and sealed, then the weld isn't sealed good around the edge. You can heat them in the oven and pull it apart and put more Window weld in there. Heat again and clamp together and let it seal. Look for the BHLM mod for further instructions on how to open and reweld. Should fix your problem.
