    Im just not a fan of tall hoops. And with Adams, theres enough room to drop the mounts so the 7" lights wouldnt be cut off

    Pretty cool tho

    I think they is a sweet spot no doubt. I'm glad mine was as tall as it was, just a hair above the front part of the hood, as when I rolled the hood stayed undamaged.

    But there are so many different types you can really pick your own.

    I understand the functionality of a stinger or even a short one to protect in rollover scenarios but I have never been much of a hoop fan in general on the front. The extreme case is the ARB with its headlight hoops. Definitely not for me.

    I think that ARB's are very functional against wildlife. While a tube or plate bumper that had only the center hoop, the ARB would protect the headlights, grille, rad, and potential engine parts from wild life hitting the front end. Yes, maybe the ARB might break, but its cheaper than replacing the whole front end and engine parts

    I might feel differently if I had to drive all the time with potential for wildlife impacts but I don't see too many Moose or Elk or Deer or even any wild women around here.

    Same here, I angled my slightly forward more i think then he normally has them set up but I like it more. Or it could be the exact same for all i know lol. Penty of room for some LF's one day.

    Mark, get what you want in a bumper, not what we want. We all will give you our honest opinion whether you want it or not but its all about you. I dont like big bulky bumpers, hence why im not a fan of cbi's. Have you checked out All Pro's new Apex bumper.. I think those are damn sexy. If I hadnt gotten mine I probably would have bough one. If you want pm me your email and I will email you every single picture of a 95-97 that has the different front bumpers.
    I was going to make a thread that all the years with the different types of bumpers but never got around to it.

    Hate to say it but maybe one of the wires isnt connected very solid? Might be catching sometimes and other times not? I dunno tho I cant follow your wiring schematic lol I hate electrical crap.:D

    That's what's weird..I am good a soldering, shrink wrapped everything or e taped it..then wire loom..I mean I know post ballast it's like 80-90v but still..come on

    lol im not doubting your skill by any means. I hate wiring so when that happens to me i usually think its that, but it ends up being something like attempting to ground on a bolt that isnt even grounded.

    Like i said, im pretty much useless when it comes to wiring. Hell I have yet to finish my hellas up, I literally have to connect one wire to a switch, then that switch to a ground.
