    79FJ40 (still have)
    89 4x4 pickup (still have but it's now a yard/plow truck)
    2005 Tacoma 4x4
    another 2005 Tacoma 4x4
    96 Tacoma 4x4 (still have)

If the next generation Tacoma double cab 4x4 gets over 25MPG and has a six speed I'll probably sell the 3 trucks I have now and buy one.

I have always been a Toyota owner. Before I had the Taco I had a turbo addiction. I also have a thing for bikes as you can see. Hopefully soon I will be getting another Mk III, as the taco doesn't satisfy certain go fact needs.

This is my first one. I had a Honda Ridgeline (loved it) and for some reason thought I needed a more gas friendly vehicle and traded it in for a Civic. Big mistake on my part; live and learn. The Ridgeline while a 4x4 was great in the snow it wasn't ideal for off-roading. After all the Ridge is a FWD truck and engages 4WD when needed. When I came to may senses and realized I was a 'truck' guy I went back and looked at the Ridgelines and they were just too expensive to get back into. I then looked at the Tacoma. They improved since I first looked at them in 07. I wanted a double cab and a long bed...Ridge only comes in one size and I wanted some extra room in the bed. I got a good deal on a '12 double cab and love the truck. Best vehicle I've owned. Like you, since getting one, I've noticed a lot of them on the road and found that you can find just about anything for them. Lifts, level kits, bumpers, etc. I plan on keeping this one until gas is no longer made or I can't get parts or the thing repaired. Love it!

This is not a good thread for me, since I dont know how many ive owned. I know how much I own right now though. ;)

Always had Toyotas in the family growing up and I still have my first car, a 1985 Tercel. I like my Fords and Toyotas, but added a Datsun into the mix too.
