I'm selling my 100% working condition oem Toyota Tacoma hood scoop insert. It's painted satin black but can be repainted any color. It will come as seen with no mesh insert. It easily can be installed by 6 10mm bolts on the hood.

It has a cracked mount that doesn't effect the install of the scoop mesh. I used it with that issue for 2 years without an issue. It's unseen when installed.

You can check my build page to see it installed on my truck.

    SOLD TO CTVACHA!

Very interested, just have a question. Did you just cut the scoop guide to open it up or did you cut the scoop insert? If I wanted to seal it back up( non open scoop) would I be able to just buy the scoop insert.? I definitely want this but just have that question.

Looks like you will need the insert mesh as the op mentioned.

I really don't understand your question. I'm selling this to someone who already has a Sport Hood with scoop. They can swap out to get the black look without ruining their own OEM Color.

If someone wants to add this to a another hood. They can do so as its a OEM Toyota Scoop Insert. You'll need the Mesh, Backing, and 3 push tabs.

It comes as seen. . .

I have 3 interested buyers and its potentially sold at the moment.

You can open the scoop backing easily and reattach if you desire it back. The one mounting tab was cracked during shipment but I'm able to install the mesh on there with no issues. I ran it on my truck for two years with no issue. When I went to recently remove the mesh from it, it wasn't easy to take off as it was secure. Whats damage as mentioned goes unseen when installed.

I'm selling this Hood Scoop for darn cheap. This will be a nice cosmetic change for someone.
