4.0 Tacoma Single Cab, Short Bed???

    I did some research and could not find any.

    Are there any Tacomas Single Cab, Short Bed with a 4.0???:cool:

    OEM SS tube steps, Access LE tonneau cover, pop n'lock, AVS in-channel vent visors, stubby antenna, Wet Okole seat covers, bed mat, rear diff breather mod, 4 extra d rings in bed, K&N air filter.
    Nope. Single cab and Access cab's only come with a 6' bed. Double cabs come with either a 5' or 6' bed.

    Would be the ideal offroad basis, but no one else would buy one, and all 17 people in the US who wheel 2gen Tacomas can't support the economics of a R+D cycle.

    Toyota did make that Access Cab shortbed 4.0 for SEMA a while back if I remember correctly...

    Not in a 4.0.
    Toyota made a single/regular cab Tacoma with a v6 (5vz 3.4) for only two years. 1995.5-1996.
