I have a set of bilstein 7100 and they have the bearing inside the mount. I need to get them out and find the right bushing in order to put them on my truck. I have a 1st gen tacoma. I did some research and i found this one link http://bajataco.com/spacermod.html . Shed some lights on this please :D

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I dont think they have bushings for those changing your rear shock mounts would be the best option. Those shocks are not designed to be mounted in the stock location.

They could be a different part number. Is there a snap ring holding the bearings in?

Thats how you get them out harbor freight has snap ring pliers for like 5 bucks. You can pop those out and the bearings will pop out.

I can't wait to put these on. I also have the deaver 7packs for my truck, I'm still deciding whether send it to deaver and get them rebuild and add another leaf or just put them on just like that :)

Those bearings are called spherical bearings. I would replace the bearing with another one instead of a rubber bushing. Spherical bearings are an upgrade from rubber bushings. All you have to do is take out the c-clip, pound or press it out, replace the bearing and your good. You can find them at kartek or polyperformance.com

yeah take the advice and don't mount these in the stock location or take out the heim joints and replace them with a bushing, you'd be losing performance.

make a crossmember and weld it on the frame and make some axle shock mounts, or buy some and mount them that way.
