Haha I know, I've never been able to keep a car stock dating back to the 1990 Nissan Stanza I drove in high school.

    Your truck is incredible, btw.

Anyone know what tires I should go with? I have 2 Tacos. I have BFG all terrains on my new one but, I have had the same tires before. I see a lot of guys with the duratracs. More than likely I will put the BFGs on my 05 and replace the ones on my new truck. The new tires will be 285s or bigger. I do not like the BFGs except maybe the mud terrains which I have never had. I think the Firestone a/ts do better. I really donot need anything too extreme I don't go offroad unless I'm hunting or fishing and need to. There is a lot of hills and heavy rock where I hunt and fish that would test any tire or truck. So when I do use my 4 its actually used. Thanks in advance.

Well, it seems like the tires you have on there now have incredible traction. They're holding the trucks upside down!

But seriously, I would go with Duratracs. I've never read a single bad review about them and people say they are great in all conditions.

I would say leave them silver. if you do a lot of froadin they hide the rock rash very well. You can barley see this on my beads until you get a couple feet away.

If not, I would say just take them off and derp them so if you don't like them you can just peel it off. I know there are many people on here that have already done it.

The rugged fails are crap anywhere other than dry pavement. Nothing wrong with the bfg at's, but the duratracs will out perform them in every aspect and are only a couple bucks more

It appears to be 285/75/16 which I will be happy with when I get my 3" lift.

And here is a pic of my new DERPED rear bumper, It turned out great!

    whats up guys.

Have had mine for about a year and a half. Love it. Currently just under 15,000 miles. I'm only one of 3 2011's in memphis that i know of.

But I cannot wait until I can ditch those damn rugged fails. :annoyed:

my buddy is has been running his duratracs for a while now. he's got about 45k miles on them and they look like they'll hit 60 or 70k before needing replacing. the bfg a/t's have similar life expectancy according to comparisons on tire websites, though from what i've read, you can expect about 50k from a set of them.they both should be good for at least 40-50k miles and to me thats more than enough considering my rugged fails didn't even hit 25k
