    Well, it's been a while since I posted up here.
    Buffalo chicken pizza.
    Local Spano's crust crisped in oven with a little olive oil, chicken cut and cooked in a pan tossed with RedHot thick.
    Spread on crust, top with mozzarella, and back in the oven til melty.
    Serve with a side of chunky blue cheese dressing.

    And I wonder why I can't lose weight!! Hah!

    I had a bout 45 minutes while the wife and 4 year old daughter were at church. I had my almost 2 year old son aka Tasmanian Devil that was hanging out in the kitchen while I was cooking.

    Well I made duck a l'orange with brussel sprouts and curry cous cous. Really good!!! Never made a l'orange before.

    I grind my coffee every morning and I just bought a cheap $20 grinder. I've been using it for three years now with no problem. I think I got it at Superstore.

    Here are 2 pics from dinner last night. Duck a l'orange with brussel sprouts and curry cous cous.

    Here is the duck spiced and seasoned with herbs and oranges baked for around 90 minutes.

    Plated and boy was it good. Never made it before but it passed the 2 questions..... 1- I would order it at a restaurant and 2- I would make it again.
