I'm looking to do the same TOYOTA emblem in front. Found this online tonight:

Spring time project once I get my bronze wheels on. I will be painting the emblem bronze and redoing my badges bronze. Found a new set for $30 tonight on TW. Score!

i always saw the clear plastic tubing used with barbed ends, but fuel line is probably not that much more and would be more durable for sure.

 

I used fuel line . No issues for the last year or so.

 

I love the old 4wd emblems. I think i'm going to pick up one of these emblems and replace the chrome 4x4 on the tailgate with it:

You might be able to join us next trip. My girlfriend Sarah is going to get certified, and I go diving with my uncle, his brother in law, and my cousin. It's cheaper with more people.

 

It would look sweet on a Satoshi, probably much better than the tailgate. Would look decent on the tailgate if the "4" was painted black not red.

Your garage looks a lot less crowded than mine in a least one bay...your "project" takes up the same "space" I USED to have ..
