    Hockey has lost all it's momentum as far as I'm concerned. Usually from October to April i'm in 'gettin fat mode' and drinking beer and watching hockey. I was all set to make bed sores on the couch and make my kids fetch full cans. Now instead on i'm on the treadmill and baking with the kids.

    The short season will help me ignore the shitty NFL (I hate football) and get me through this month while waiting for the Walking Dead and that's about it.
