Cats show you their butthole as a way of telling you they're comforatable with you.

So are cats always living in fear and anxiety awaiting us to show them our butt hole for approval?

Just out of curiousity, what is this aggie tradition they speak of? All I hear out of aggies is "we have more tradition than you and our tradition is better" but they never explain what that tradition. From all I can tell, the only traditions in Aggieland are mistakes or borrowed from other people. Your uniforms were supposed to be red, not maroon. Y'all nearly killed a dog and then started worshipping it. You took the 12th man from the NFL and Iowa and stole Pittsburgh's terrible towels and bleached them. Fancy class rings, big deal. Corp of cadets is just another name for your ROTC. Not trying to stir shit up, but where is this tradition? And my picks were posted in the NCAA football thread. 24-10 to 31-10 Bama.

Aggies over complicate things and steal others and call it tradition. Am I understanding this right?

    I don't take offense. Here's a link.
    http://traditions.tamu.edu/traditions/
I personally don't brag about tradition because I don't think it's something to brag about. A few inaccuracies ill clear up. The 12th man was origanally a person, didn't still it from anybody. The corp is like ROTC just like Army and Navy are. A&M enrolls more people in the armed services out of all public university's stemming from our original founding as a military school.

University of Iowa came up with the 12th man first. Then shortly thereafter the Seattle Seahawks and your Aggies claimed it.

"In American football, the term was first used in an alumni publication of The University of Iowa in 1912 in reference to its fans. The term was first applied to an individual, E. King Gill in 1922 and has been used by various schools to refer individuals having a notable connection to their football team. In subsequent years, students at Texas A&M University adopted the term as their moniker and the school formally trademarked the term in 1990." From Wiki.

My fiancé just lost her job.:(

City decided to cut funds to their local Boys n Girls Club. This city where she lives in and works in can't even pay the light bill. Offered her a pay cut that is a slap in the face.

Not sure about someone using the term 12th man before A&M did (it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't create the term), but our tradition of the 12th man started with Gill. He was the original 12th man at A&M. My personal favorites are silver taps and muster.

How much work is involved in cleaning brass before you can reload it? Do you have to buy more equipment to do it?

I just got back in from working in the garage but it's attached to the house and the door never came up.
