Thanks! its a dream! It has been at the dealer! They had it for a month and a half with the CEL issue. I'm hoping the new cam gears and actuators that were installed fix my issue there.

What site do y'all recommend for image hosting, and why?

I know Photobucket recently got hacked and lots of "private" (we all know how private the internet is...) images were leaked. I'm thinking that might be a positive though, because they have probably fixed whatever weaknesses they had.

I have some family members that use Shutterfly. I also thought about Imageshack. I would use Picasa, but the website looks like i need to download software.

I'd prefer to use web interface only.

SmugMug. Lots of reasons but privacy, unlimited uploads and the ability to order prints, etc. You can limit what gets displayed to any or all sizes (means you can upload high quality for printing and leave just a thumbnail for viewing). Help desk is pretty good at resolving stuff quickly. There are several different account levels as well.

You can try their service for free (any account type).

Free for the trial period and 100% of the features work. When the trial period is over, it's not free.

You want a lot of stuff for a free account. Keep in mind you're gonna suffer one way or another. Advertising or upload limitations or something-the old adage "Ass, gas or grass. No one rides for free." always applies :D

I don't mind advertising...I've gotten pretty good at not paying attention to it:D.

    I started a poll...

35% up front, 20% in the back window tint, 15" Mickey Thompson bullet hole wheels, with 31x10.5 Firestone Destination A/T tires. Glass Pack, High Flow Cat, S&B CAI, Custom Light Bar with 4 fog lights. 2 10" Rockford Fosgate P2 subs with 1000 watt Rockford Fosgate Amp, CB.
I try not to be lazy but I can honestly admit that I am bad to just do AWB and fix it later. And you are right, they are a bit dark, I pulled the contrast bar a bit too far.

They are raw and shot in manual mode. I believe I had the white balance on the one that looks like a florescent bulb. I'll have to look into calli rating the screen.

You can make custom white balance and shoot with that. You will need an Expo-Disc (expensive) or a white coffee filter (free).

To make a custom white balance, first set your lens on manual focus then place the coffee filter over the lens and take a picture of the brightest part of the scene. Now go to the custom white balance menu and select the picture you just took. Done.
It's helpful to make a somewhat longish exposure to catch the cycling lights.

Typically, the lights at a big arena are metal halide or mercury vapor. Color temperature can vary or even cycle with these lights which makes setting the WB a challenge at best. Try the custom WB and see if that works for you.
