nope, just never worked with said individual until now.

 

I was not really interested in a lift until I scraped the skid plate on a 6" deep pile of snow in front of the house. It was embarrassing. I had to try pretty hard to hit the skid plate on the Tacoma.

 

Lol. I guess yours wasn't 100% meant for off-roading huh? I know Erica's jeep will NEVER see anything more than a gravel road.

If you have a few moments, I would go into Camel4x4 and talk to Eli Spiegler (I think it's his last name). He is the main guy for IronMan working over there.

 

They really did not mean the Liberty for off-roading. A poor replacement for the Cherokee in that respect. The CRD model especially. They wanted it to be their fuel economy leader. low rolling resistance highway tires, etc. With the added weight of the diesel engine and cheap factory springs, they sag pretty early in life. Katy's gasser feel higher, though they look the same parked side by side. Probably from less tendency to compress the springs.

The diesel is cool. Plenty of torque and great MPG on the highway. I averaged 26mpg on the way back from WV last week. Not so good around town, I average 21 per tank in mixed driving.

Frigging glove box is too small too.

 

Way better to be driving around on a daily basis. It cannot touch the badass-ness of the Tacoma though.

Someday,I will build another one. Probably a 4Runner. Roughly the same build as the Tacoma, just no bed.

LOL Said individual must never had to work until now. Seems like the PITAS never go away. If the employee is a PITA to you then they are usually a PITA to any other employee that provides employee service in the company.


On a positive note I finished installing a 20amp circuit into the living room for the audio visual set up today. Now to get started with painting the living room. Paint goes on sale this Thursday at the Sherwin Williams store. Used to be Duron but SW bought out Duron. I really liked the Duron paints. So easy to work with and great lasting abilities.

 

Haven't heard that since grade school!
