A buddy and I were talking about it .. we couldn't decide. I think as talented as the Lions are they have no running game and their secondary is trash.

The Giants seem solid all around ...

The Steelers seem to be getting old on defense, similar to the Ravens.

If our coach doesn't F it up for us we should win! But if they make calls like they use to like being in the 3 yard line and running the same running running play four times in a row we will loose for sure! Luckly my buddy from high school Chris Clemons is out so that will help us out! We will see though! I'm not a fair weather fan so ill back them to we get beat!

    "Our house?"

The Falcons have a house? All I'm hearing about is that there are still 10k unsold tickets, which Seahawks fans are snagging up quick, and that it's one of the worst home field advantages in the NFL.

It is kind of juvenile when sports fans use possessive and inclusive terms to refer to their teams. Unless you are cashing a check from your respective team, leave the "we" and "our" out of your post.

Typically New York Yankee fans are the worst offenders of this.

Come on. Really? Matt Ryan has almost a .900 win percentage in the Ga Dome since he's been starting. While I don't think we win this weekend, the fact that it is in the Dome at least gives me some hope.

Considering it's the fans that spend money to fill the seats and pay for the stadiums and buy merchandise to help pay those multi-millions of dollars for the players, I think the fans can say whatever we want.

Broncos, Panthers, Raiders, Cowboys, Cardinals, Saints, Giants and the Bucs.

I'll give you the Broncos, good win .. but also the first game of the season. Manning and the boys hadn't found their way the.

I am impressed by the stiff competition they beat at home.

Atlanta has the lowest strength of schedule in the NFL this year, and bottom 2 or 3 strength of wins.

    That's a valid argument.

I love sports and I am a fan, but I am not personally invested enough to include myself in a discussion of my favorite team.

I always say: "The Patriots played well today" not "We played well today".

I know, kind of nit-picking, just me.

If your team is important to you, and you spend money, you can say whatever you want. Good luck.

it's certainly not the Bucs; they have no talent besides Vincent Jackson and the rookie Doug Martin. And how in the fuckin world did Gerald McCoy make the ProBowl???? WTF 30 tackles and 5 sacks

Robert Kraft financed Gillette Stadium on his own.
Infrastructure paid for by the town, recouped the first year in taxes.

Foolish to publicly fund a sports stadium.

I'm talking about since he's been the starter. 5 seasons. Not just this season. As of November 2012, he was 29-4 at home. But you can look at just this season if you want. They were still 7-1 this year, so that puts him somewhere close to 32-5 or so through 5 years. I'll take those odds.

I'm more invested in UGA than I am the Falcons. Huge college football fan. Not so much the NFL. I refer to the Dawgs more as "we" than I do the Falcons. I've bought enough merchandise and been to enough games I feel like I can do that. To each his own, though.

Look at Payton's loses in the playoff I believe it's the most all time. We have a lot better team this year but we will see!
