Oh and the freaking roads over here blow! Things seem all sorts of retarded when we were trying to navigate around in our rental car... made it up to North Shore and waimea falls yesterday though and Pearl Harbor this morning.

Missed out on meeting up with Raymond and Marcel last night though... they got in to honolulu too late last night and left early this morning.

 

Leonards is pretty close to campus. IMO they are the sole reason my 2 mile APFT run never got under 13 mins.

yeah man, oahu roads are retarded. I'm pretty sure whoever planned out the layout of the island died halfway through the plan; and when the next guy took over he didnt know what the fuck the 1st guy was doing, and just did his own thing.

I've ranted on about it on here too much but the short story is I tried enlisting, eye surgeries boned me. joined the ROTC, eye surgeries boned me right before getting scholarship/contracted. so now I'm going through the Guard

Well the great thing about the pyramid is you can start light with the 12 reps(or higher if ya want, the "size" of the pyramid can change) then go slightly heavy all the way down to moderate. The lowest rep count will be 8 or 6 so you won't be doing any serious big weight anyways.

I am all for form over weight. Doing maxes though every once in a while is nice to know and do as it's a different type of workout all together. But form is by far the most important part.

And I'd focus on halfs if your doing lots.

Rest every 3-4 days

Give crossfit a shit man. You'll loose weight at first but if you stick with it you'll bulk up. Diet is key too. And you'll most likely come out much stronger and leaner then you where before

Yes and no. Learning how to do fast recovery is also awesome. This is why Just standard weight lifters can go for long. They are used to long breaks and split days.

In crossfit you do have days the kill other parts more then other no doubt but we go all out fr 3-4 days. Then a full day of recovery.

But yes rest and sleep and diet are probably more important then the actual work out. Specifically sleep and diet.

So like push-ups, 20 seconds of push-up, rest 10 seconds. 4 mins total so 8 rounds.

Do three different things

So push-ups for 4 mins
Sit-ups
Row

Or really anything.

They suck
