And Scott, the way you go through phones I would definitely get insurance if I was you. Get Apple Care extended plan, Apple's customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend a waterproof case for you as well since water damage nullifies any insurance plans. Lifeproof is the best out there for that.

Ill gladly take the old crackberry off your hands. Tired of this smart phone bullshit. I want a phone that works for actual phone calls and has a battery that lasts 2 days.

Bilstein 5100's on all four with some OME 885x's. Brute Force Fab front bumper. Warn winch. Koenig countersteers wrapped with duratracs.
    Verizon

    iPHONE

LifeProof Case (since its water RESISTANT and you can still drop it and not break it) My buddy has one and its not completely water proof like the case i have. The case i have which i kept my phone in my pocket on the kayaking trip the whole time is made by a company called CATALYST. Its COMPLETELY water tight - kept it tied up in my pocket at the beach...chillin at seacrets all day in OCMD. However its just a plastic sealed case not gonna do too much if dropped badly since there is not much rubber on it.

The insurance on the phone is like an extra 6 bucks a month or something if i remember correctly. Def puts ya at peace of mind if anything DOES happen to it.

In my opinion Verizon is def the best...Dalton's (in your area) does make sense...but being in NY and SUCH a major market...i dont see how Verizon wouldnt be the best.

That catalyst looks like a nice case. Probably better for my intended use as well since I'm only gonna put the iphone in the lifeproof case when camping/yaking. Oh well.
I have seen people have issues with the lifeproof not being fully waterproof, but they are very particular about you water testing it constantly to check the seals. For instance if you drop it, do a water test, after so much time, do a water test, look at it funny, do a water test.

It's likely Verizon is the best in NY, people bitching about AT&T up there sounds familiar. But being a major market means nothing, some carriers beef up certain major cities better than others, pretty much luck of the draw.

^^^ This / I think you could also jump start you're car with if you needed to.:D
I have my IPhone for a couple years now it is the best phone I have owned. I used to go though flip phones every couple months, I was always breaking them. I didn't really start posting on TW until I got the IPhone.

i have to also agree with this, i have always been a droid user but recently got iphones from genas work and think that these run much more smoothly and are more reliable. it takes alittle gettin used to, but with ipad and now iphone, i have 2 devices that talk to each other.

I like the phone it is very easy to use and very durable. Mine is 3G which we are slow in the technology department in this end of the state Virizon just got 4g down here a couple month ago. I due for an upgrade soon anyway.

eBay is a good spot to get rid of them. My wife sold one of hers with water damage for $100.00.

I've had AT&T since 2001 (Cingular) & never had a problem in my area. I guess I was grandfathered into the unlimited data plan w/ AT&T because my monthly bill has not changed in years.

I've had good luck with the Otterbox Defender so far..

A chain, a pole (something anchored to the ground), you're truck, and a spotter. Cleaned up with a BFH.

:anonymous: I used to work in a bodyshop.
