Well, dropped my truck off at Trick Trucks this morning and just got called by them a couple minutes ago. In all my wisdom, I failed to research if the OME trim packer would be compatible with Bilstein 5100's. I know now that they are, in fact, not. So, they're going to install everything else, and I think I'll wait to see if there is significant "lean." If there is, I'll order the Toytec 1/4'' spacer and I think I'll be able to handle install that, or have some help from you guys. Just installing the spacer wouldn't need another alignment would it?

Yeah you would most likely need a new alignment since you would be messing with the suspension. I don't think it would be off all that much though so I wouldn't worry too much about it. I don't think the lean will be much, if even noticeable. Mine for some reason tends to want to "lean" to the passenger side. Maybe I have my coil cranked up a bit more on the driver side, not sure.

you could always go to NTB and get one of their 5 year alignments then get the alignment done whenever you need. I think you can get one once every 6 months or something. Pays for itself on like the second or third alignment (I think its about $179 or something)

Yeah, I'll definitely wait to see if I even notice the lean. Obviously I'd rather not have to order, install, and align. And hopefully I'll have my bumper/lights before the meet Sunday...

Any word from Demello? Remember their shipping is just an estimate. Once it arrives at the freight carriers location here they have to call you and set up a delivery. Not sure if they do Saturdays or maybe you could go there to pick it up if they allow that...not sure.

I'm going to rattle can them. I may go back and do spray-on bedliner later.

No color-matching! I'm going with a black/silver color scheme and I think that whole bumper being silver would look goofy

Got my lift on today! Updated my build thread with pictures also.

These are my before/after measurements. Obviously, it's going to settle a little but this are my specs right now. I'm not going to worry about the "taco lean" right now, as it seems to be pretty damn level. I'll see later once the springs start to settle if I need a top plate spacer or not.

    FD: 22.5 / 23
    FP: 22.5 / 23
    RD: 23 / 24.75
    RP: 23 / 24.75

What do you guys think about my UCA angles? My CV angle appears to be pretty good, but I think the UCA's are a little steep. Should I think about getting some aftermarket? And if so, which ones?

Are the angles ok for now though? I'm not sure if I can spend another $350-400 right now. I think once the springs settle and I get my Demello on, the angle will get a little better also.

I'm a fan of the rattle can. Cheap and easy to touch up. Your truck though. Take your time painting. Lots of really light coats.. And don't forget primer!

They dont look too bad on my phone but i would probably keep from any serious off roading till you get new ones. And some trucks are easy to get the uca bolts out, others are a royal pita.

Get the self etching and rust resistant stuff too. If you use bedliner do yourself a favor and dont use herculiner. Its porous and lets water in under it. When it peels off you have rust underneath
