clutch pedal (short travel) after flush

Hello....
Flushed my brakes and clutch today....used a pressure bleeder
(connected to brake/clutch reservoir cap)
all went well BUT now the clutch pedal sits close to the floor and
has only about and one inch of travel (although I can still drive it!)
....what is my fix to get it the pedal back to "normal"???

Going to have to manually bleed the slave cyl.
Sounds like air in the system but I don't really see how you could have with a pressure bleeder.
Very strange.... Get a friend to help you and see if you burp a bubble out of the slave.

Another posibility is that a piece of crap got into the clutch master while you were forcing fluid.

 

Yeah...still air in clutch line...........
I sucked out the reservoir with my Mity-Vac to get out old fluid (but could not past the baffle to get clutch side)
I should have topped off the reservoir at the start!
The pressure bleeder was not keeping the level up in reservoir to get over into the clutch side............ so it pushed air until it filled up.
Thought I got all the air (but I was wrong!)
