GA Tacoma Owners BS Thread

I did the 1/4" spacer. I guess it worked? I always thought the front sat lower than the rear (even after the lift) and I had mine set at .85". My FJ lean is a hell of a lot more noticeable I will never win.

Where in GA are you? I've got a set of 5100s, add-a-leafs and OME coils that I need to install. If you're close, maybe we can put together a mod day.

I was raised in Loganville, which is halfway between Atlanta and Athens. I go to Georgia Southern and will be going to Georgia Tech next year (engineering)... which is a conflict because I'm a HUGE UGA fan. How bout them dawgs!?!?

Wasn't sure where Warner Robins was, just looked it up. Pretty long drive from me. I think it's like 4+ hrs to Macon from here.

Still a possibility I guess though.

 

Warner Robins to Buford is about 2 hours drive (+/-). Isn't flowery branch just above there?

 

Yes, I work in Buford, only about 15 min. from my house. Last time I went to Macon though, I thought it took over 4hrs? And Isn't Warner Robins a bit farther south?

But congrats on the win as I really do hate Notre Dame, nothing but a bunch of little fairies. I cant wait to see how next season plays out. Ole Johnny Football may have a way with the SEC West though..

 

He just might but I'm feeling pretty good about next year. A&M scored 9 points after scoring 20 in the 1st Qtr. Saban/Smart learned enough to slow him down and I'm sure they'll have a plan for him next year. We open with VT in ATL Aug. 31 then we have an open weekend, essentially 2 wks, after that before we go to College Station... it'll certainly be interesting.

 

I will definitely be watching that game. Its sad to think college football is over but it'll be back before you know it. You think Alabama can pull a fourth national championship out of Saban's bag of tricks?? Or is it Georgia's time to shine?!?!

 

It takes me 2 to get to Macon from Athens.

Yeah I just Mapquested it, 2.5 hrs from my house to Warner Robins. Last time I went down to Macon was a long long day, drove down in the moring stayed all day for a band competition for my step daughter and drove home late that night. Was a long grueling day so I guess it seemed like the drive was worse than I remember.

 

So I'm taking the truck in tomorrow to see if I can get the rear leaf tsb. Wish me luck!

 

Got approved for the rear leaf tsb today! Parts are supposed to be in Tuesday, got to work out a time to get it done. They even said they could give me a loaner car while it was being done.

I wasn't happy with Mall of Georgia when I was looking to buy, but so far the service dept. has been great!

If anyone wants a set of nfab step bars maybe 6 month old I gotta sell em my car I just paid off just had the engine went bad I paid 399 for them if someone's interested 275 I will deliver

 

Wish I had the dough, just bought the 5100's. Have to do a little at a time so the wife doesn't get too mad with me. Someone will grab them up I'm sure.
