How long do you all suppose this WOD would take you?:

    250 meter row
    25 thrusters 45 lb bar
    25 box jumps
25 romanian deadlift 45 lb bar or 25 wallball (depending on what's available)
    25 box jump
    25 walking lunge
    25 box jump
    25 air squats
    25 box jump
    250 meter row

I would say the rows shouldnt take more then 55 sec each and thats a real easy conservative pace. The thrusters shouldnt be too bad since its light and your legs will be fresh. If you mixed in another set of thrusters in before the row at the end, that would be spicy. It all depends on your box jumps really. If its 24" it shouldnt be too bad. Should be able to bang those out unbroken or with very little rest. If you do have to rest, rest on top and rebound the shit out of it. I would chose RDL's over wall balls, wont tax your legs as much.Id say a safe bet would be 15 minutes. I would love this WOD because I can box jump for days.

Just started CF about a month ago, and WOW what a different approach to fitness. I've been a long distance triathlete for the last 6 years and have pretty much decimated my muscle mass other than those used for swim/bike/run.

It is a very cool way to test yourself and measure against others. So, I'm subbing to this thread and hopefully I can pick up some tips from you guys. Here is todays WOD:

3-3-3-3-3 back squats. Topped out at 255, but not my max, just didn't know what the max was and ran out of time.

    WOD: 12min AMRAP
    12 53lb KB swings
    9 Sumo Deadlift HP
    6 Goblin Squats.

Did 7 rounds and was wiped.

Shoulda been closer to 8, but just felt tired when I started. Oh well, lets hear your stories.

WOD: 20lb Wall ball was the Rx

    200m Run
    20 WB shots
    400m Run
    20 lunges w/ Wall Ball
    200m Run
20 Overhead Squats w/ Wall Ball
    400m Run
    20 Situps with Wall Ball
    200m Run
    20 WB shots

    For time. Me= 11:06

This was a tough WOD, but not horrible. I should've pushed harder on the run, but I'm recovering from torn calf muscle and wasn't sure how fast I could go.

I needed to know this a while ago. It was for my interview. I had 20 min to put the manager through a workout. No need to tell me the time now, I already started working their.

But feel free to give it a try.

^ I have not forgotten to check your box out. I spent almost two weeks back home in Tampa, for Christmas. Caught a cold there, that turned into a sinus infection.

Last night was my first run since the Dec 31st.

My finances should be able to handle your box by months end. In the meantime, I'm doing two-a-days moderate crossfit @ home thru a phone app. It is SO NOT the same, can't wait to join a box soon!

I will seems good. I mean you could have told them that any work out can be done in 20min just depends on how hard you push your self. :D

I have no idea if I still work at that box anymore. I got a job with regular hours and told the owner about my new hours and he has yet to get back to me if I'm still going to be a part of the coaching staff. It's been several weeks. My guess is no.

Feel free to explore any crossfit box at this point until Devin and I get our own up and running.

The manager liked it. He said no one he has interviewed has torched his legs that quick before.

In all honesty, that box's location is PERFECT for me, since I live on Wadsworth & Eastman.

In any event I'll stay in touch.

Lol but I can send her ass to ballys for $9. She's not really into the crossfit yet. She will be one day. But even that I'm not spending. I'm trying to build another house which is why I only do crossfit when I'm on shift because we have the gym set ups there.

We don't have to do crossfit at Fitness Together. It is just one client, one trainer. Trust me. It will work out for your benefit. First 3 sessions for $50
