You've just re-comfirmed my desire to do a build like this myself with one of these Broncos. I've always liked 'em, never had one, and it would be fun to do with my sons. Looks great, good job, and great thread OP. Thanks

Sick Bronco man! I love the way that the paint came out. I had a 96 with the 5.0 in it. Many days I wish I would have kept it.

This makes me miss my 95 soooooo much, but mine was on its way to death, transmission slipping, blow hubs, ball joints were all shot, and a blown head gasket. Damn Ford just kept going and going and going!

Yeah im excited...also makes rotating tires easier :D

It sure has been fun. Lotta blood sweat and tears in this one.

Thanks. once we get her in a garage and out from the cover its under now (just a roof, no sides) we are going to polish it..possibly wet sand. and really make the paint pop

Yeah this one has its share of problems...but it gives us something to work on..and its not a DD so its not too much of a pain ahah

the long shaft that does down into the engine that actually turns the whole system while the engine is running has been grinded down. missing teeth, metal shavings...

not exactly sure how that happened.

well our mechanic gave up...were pretty sure were going to go a completely different path and rip out the entire drive train, computer systems and start from the ground up...but we have to build a house and garage first.

well we finally got the bronco inside!

unfortunately we have gone backwards with the build. we are now going to have to redo the whole interior due to mold/mildew from sitting outside so much in shitty conditions.

also one of the brake lines has rusted through.

and we still havent decided what we are going to do about the computer/electrical systems and engine.

Ah I remember this thread! Kameron, any updates? Hopefully all that work hasn't been undone by the elements and passage of time.
