If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
It is badass, made in 1981! It scared the shit out of me when I was youngster (along with Exorcist, Amityville etc.) I grew up in a Chrstian household, so Demonic Possession and Hauntings were more of a realistic fear for me.

It was Bruce Campbell's first role in a feature length "Horror" film and Sam Raimi's Directorial debut as well.

Pretty pinnacle film that is highly revered as a cult classic. Watch it....now!

I agree - it's still one of the greatest horror movies I've ever seen. If we're getting granular with it, I don't know that I would call it sick and twisted, but it's still a great horror flick.

Sam Raimi is one of the greatest movie directors his genre has ever seen.

I'd put this in the semi twisted catagory. How fuckin gullable are people? This movie proves that people are real fuckin gullable.
True shit I guess after reading up on it (AFTER WATCHING IT)

Yeah, the movie was okay from a cinematic standpoint. The 'Based on True Events' was what made it worth watching for me. I was more like, "WTF is wrong with people not to question what the "officer" is asking them to do".

I read up on it too, the pre-screening Q&A from phychologists was interesting to read.

Yeah. I would of called Bullshit real quick and waited for the cops to get there and deal with it.

The crazy shit is it (the true footage) was all on surveilance tape so a metric shit ton of people from cops to FBI and news people, etc. got to see it. So the chick was victimized over and over with humiliation. That's a true WTF right there.

( the girl in this movie that was playing the victim role has amazing and I mean amazing bewbs ;):D:cool: )

Happiness is pretty messed up. It's kind of like American Beauty, but far more twisted.

Running Scared was a pretty good flick too, some decent action, drama, wtf moments.

I rented a really twisted movie back in the day, I think it was called American Portraits or something...reminded me of Happiness too.

*EDIT: it was Family Portraits: A Trilogy of America. It is kind of obscure, so I don't know where you can find it. I wouldn't watch it again.

This one won over Anatomy of Hell - first few minutes there were dudes sucking dick and making out and a chick with hairy armpits. That's more sick and twisted than A Serbian Film right there!!

Wow - I actually really enjoyed Dogtooth. Definitely fucked up but nothing all that insane.

By the way, the daughter with the big tits is Mary Tsoni. Great rack - super cute girl. I think she was the lead singer of a band for a while, too.

I laughed hysterically at parts. Mainly where the son said he found two little zombies and at the end when the younger daughter was running around calling out for "Bruce" while the son and mom were barking.
