I started at a movie theater and building decks at age 15.

 

master of the custodial arts......

 

At 14, I was a caddie for 2 years at a private country club (that job sucked).
At 16, I was a shelf stocker at a local grocery chain.

I think I started working with my dad(general Contractor) when I was about 10 years old. Worked with him every summer and school holidays until my 4th year of university.

 

1. Bagging groceries
2. lens tech at a plant
3. Walgreen got fired (didn't card, apparently sold smokes to kids)
4. Ford quicklane tech
5. Ford Certified Tech one dealer
6. Shelby of America Technician

 

14- Making reports and typing them for my dads local HVAC business

15-Mowed lawns. for free, they were our lawns anyway :/

16-18:decided it was time to make some money, got a job right around my 16th birthday at a resturant named Bojangles Famous Chicken' n' Biscuits. It was possibly the turning point of my life during my stay, i saw exactly what i didnt want to be doing for the rest of my life, and i made some decent money $7.50 through high school and quit to come to college.

18- Worked as a web page designer for maybe a month, supervisor fired me over christmas break. sucked.

Cont- Possibly working in my school's library, so that should be ok.

 

Paperboy from about age 9 to 14, then fast food to age 17.

 

I believe you. i worked as the biscuit maker. I know how to make pretty much everything that's sold in the restaurant,

I've eaten pretty much everything that's been promotional as well, the Bolognan was spot on but they didnt bring it back

 

Floral delivery.......strip club deliveries at 17

 

I was 8 years old...carpenters helper, working for my dad...

1st job picking up bent nails and pulling nails from boards...banging them straight and putting them in coffee can for later use. this was before pneumatic nail guns...

I also scraped old caulk from windows...and helped instal new windows & doors. And did aluminum siding.

25 cents and hour.

saved my money, and when I was 12...I bought my 1st mini dirt bike...paid cash. at 16 years old I bought my 1st car...cash, my cash.

pop taught me well

I'm now a 53 y/o worn out home builder...physicially broke...mentially spent...and running on faith. But I would not have traded the life for the world.

cool to see the humble beginnings of our youth.

 

Started working at a restaurant called the Dixie Diner in September of 2010 and quit in June of 2012. Helped pay for every mod I ever did to my first truck! Only quit so I could have a few weeks to spend time with family and friends before I left for basic.

Worked at my Dads fab shop from 8 years old to 22 years old with a two week stint at Taco Bell after he pissed me off one day. Delivered papers when I was a kid as well.

 

Worked at Giant Food (before they were bought by the dutch) as a bagger, then a cart pusher.

 

Warehouse demolition, cotton gin, gas station doing oil changes started at 14, a pack of Pall Malls was 27 cents, coke machines charged a dime. I worked afternoons/evenings and weekends during school, worked full time in the summer. I had two steady jobs, one was Monday through Friday (demolition) and the other one was Saturday and Sunday (gas station). I was able to buy what I wanted when I wanted it and show my girlfriend a good time.
