    I am.

    And my 7D is the top of the line for Canon's cropped sensor cameras....and I was debating if it was too much for me! I wanted a camera that I could grow into though. Getting a 60D (the next model down) seemed like a lateral move and I figured I'd get bored with it so 7D it was!

    I'm still adjusting to mine but I don't regret the purchase at all! If you're new to DSLR's its definitely not the camera to get..,

    When are you gonna be here? If you have an overnite stay, you guys are certainly welcome to come here. Got a spare room with a comfy queen size bed. You still got my phone number?

    :woot: That is pretty kool. My old camera instructor had and used an A1 body. Of course, that was way before digital sensors came along. IMO, using slide film is the very best way to learn the craft. It forces you to be precise, to get your composition and exposure correct before you click the shutter.

    Never seen FD mount lenses. Are they heavy for their size? Real glass, not this cheap plastic stuff they make today.

    Nh not too bad. The 500mm is kinda heavy. The 85-300 isn't too bad but crazy long and all the others are pretty light.

    Also has a TON of filters..but like different filters...not sure what kinda actually..

    I wish my school had an old school film photo class. I'd totally try it.

    But I think it'll be cool to give em a try with a dslr.

    I was pissed!!!! I couldn't get shit on my 35mm..... so I threw the 18-135, managed to snap one at 64mm, f11

    im just editing the zoomed in, its so amazing, how much you bring out in a **crap** photo with just lightroom, loving every minute of this program

    Well im looking at that set on hanneman 4in ones for sale On here. I've been talking the guy and might be able to get a good deal depending on shipping. Got any opinions? Id like the extra clearence, and maybe protect from rock chips? I was looking at bushwacker s but I could maybe get theses way cheaper then a set of fender flares.

    I don't like hanneman fenders are they are bulge fenders not flat. As in the bulge up higher then the hood.

    They do cover better. Personally I actually don't like the look of glass fenders on non LT trucks :anonymous: I bout mine in anticipation if LT..and I need fenders..

    But. Hunk I might need 6" when it comes down too it. :frusty:

    But I have seen them and shipping will be 100 bucks easy due to size.

    But they are good fenders. I d t like the bugle look personally. You don't gain any extra clearance really. I mean you d n the top side of the wheel wells but I still had t trim them on the part by the pinch weld t not rub on my tires.


    If you REALLY want em..go for. But IMO unless you really need them..I'd pass. Save the money for something else.

    Wellllllll Ive been thinking and looking...I want to go talk to AP about some things for my truck, and one is gonna be what I do in the future. I always thought I would go SAS but I am really starting to dig the way they did the expedition build with long travel. So they would semi be for the future like that. I found two pictures of them on the website, im gonna attempt to post on my tablet (havent figure out how from this yet or my phone...). Im bummed you didnt get any real clearence with them tho, I would really like to gain some.
