    From Australia..Nolathane part# 45574 $400.00 mailed to me in Florida when i got them or you can get new stock bushings, burn out the rubber, clean the shells and sleeve and machine a bushing out of nylatron rod..with cost of bushing and workmanship to do it cost may almost be a wash compared to $100 bucks per Nolathane bushing from AU.

    Removing the hoop will be safer as it will still bend if it hits wall.

    If you didn't use anti seize in the LCA cam bolts there is a high possibility of seizure as Toyota did not put anti seize. If it does seize, the arm will have to be cut off destroying the bushings. You have a 2012 so dive into this early before it locks up on you.
    If you do nylatron bushings make sure you put in grease groves and of course a nipple. I would also leave the outer part of the bush grease free ane even glue it to the shell to stop rotation.as you just want the inner part to slide around the metal sleeve.
    You may need a new bushing to get the exact measurements of the rubber to machine the nylatron bushing.

    HAZARDS OF JUNGLE DRIVING!!!! Happened yesterday in Guyanas Jungle.Toyota Hilux Pickup.
    Two of six miners were Friday night receiving emergency treatment at the Georgetown Public Hospital after the vehicle that they were travelling in veered off a trail at Issano and slammed into a tree, relatives said.
    Seriously injured are 32-year old Owen Harry of Lance* Gibbs Street, Queeenstown and another man whose only known name was James.
    The four others were treated at the Georgetown Public Hospital and sent away.
    Demerara Waves Online News (www.demwaves.com) was told that Harry sustained serious neck injury and a number of James’ ribs is broken and one of his lungs is punctured.
    He underwent surgery Friday night.
    Relatives were told that the men had been returning to a work site when Harry, who was s the driver, was seen being tossed about in the vehicle.
    One of them managed to grab the steering wheel but it was too late and the pick-up crashed into a tree.

    Lol!!! Only prob I see is that the rear will be stiffer than the front. Depending on the type of driving you do the Timbrens work great for fast off road driving with lots of Potholes and whoops. If you are a crawler then Timbrens are not for you.
    I inverted rear rubber springs because if mounted upside town it becomes a mud, sand debris trap and if filled with sand can make it a solid mass making a horrible ride.

    No limit straps on rear but you will have to change the bushings on the lower mount on FJ Shocks and reduce the with of the bushing a bit. Also get boots to protect downward facing shaft if using Fox Shocks.

    What front shock will you be using? The boot install is cheese..just pull up on shock..leave it loose so it can breathe. Will you be doing install on front suspension? If you do I would like you to do a cycle check with those arms without shock installed to see range of travel and balljoint binding safety margin. Do it with and without bumpstop installed.
    I am interested to see what they do compared to the extended BJ I am using.

    I am not worried about rear limit straps I never had a problem and don't think they are needed. The front yes. On the Tacoma the shock has to stop the droop on the suspension as a result, depending on the amount of droop you have adjusted on the shocks they can make a banging sound when the spring slams them to full droop..noticable on whoops and when ever the tire leaves the ground suddenly. I installed them on the 05 Taco and adjusted strap to take the full droop, this makes the front very quiet on sudden full droop extensions. Adjusting ride height and setting droop, steering tie rod and CV angles is important. Tall front lift with minimal droop will make lots of noise and ride like crap.
