We have been discussing a referral / bonus program to those loyal customers that help us by generating sales and can prove it.

For example, if you generate a sale for either a V1 or V2W by way of referral, we'll send you a check. We're discussing the details now... We're thinking on the order of $5.00 for every V1 and $10.00 for every V2W. To qualify, you must already own a flyzeye product - (which is easily verified).

I hate to ask but, can you elaborate? What do you like about it? What could be better? Is the quality as good, better, or worse than expected?

 

Quality is just as good if not better than expected. The product does exactly what I needed it to. The only thing I could think of the touch sensors for dimming on the V2 kind of seem redundant seeing the lights get dimmed with the dash lights. It blends well and follows with the dash lines!

 

We are currently discussing alternative wiring schemes to independently control the dimming from the Tacoma circuit. In essence, the thought would be to provide power from the truck but, still use the onboard dimmer as opposed to tapping into the Tacoma dimmer circuit. The would require you to manually operate the unit much like the v1.

We are evaluating this concept now...

Since you asked to elaborate I had the idea to turn on the flyzeye with the front headlight switch. We'll most likely used that LED light under darkness so the idea to have them turn on as the driver turns on their head lights would be ideal. Any other toughts?

I love the touch sensors, much better than any other dimming feature.

Oh yeah and the mat black matches my OEM center console perfectly!

 

Just placed placed my custom Flyzeye order for V1. Can't wait until it comes in!
