    actually looking at the pic again they would prolly have to go on that small section of the middle bar right before it bends at the top. that diagonal would deff be in the way of your lights.

    getting somewhat out there but I just had this crazy thought hahaha. You know what would be sick, if we could build/fab up some kind of mount that would go on each side of your bed right behind the cab and when you want the lights you hit a button and they flip out to the sides and come on lol. then while your wheeling if you need em to be tucked in to fit through a tight spot you just turn em off and they flip back in behind the cab. Like I said its preatty far fetched but I thought I'd share my imagination haha. Only problem I see is your mirrors reflecting the light while there on which would suck cuz it would be bright as $h!t lol.

    The two 170's stick out maybe a half inch from the top bar. I angled it outwards to try to protect the lights. My thought from that is maybe right where the two upper diagonal bars meet. Idk if that would block my headlights though..

    Damn.. That answers my one question. Hmmmm
    :eek: now that would be awesome! I'd have to have like little motors or something that engaged when the lights turned on.. Way to think outside the box haha

    hmmm let me think on that for a second.. Uhhh nope! :p

    So for the people getting sliders what is your plans for coating them powercoat,bedliner,or spraying them yourself? Just thinking if most of us want to do the same thing then contact that place and see if we can get a discount to get them done at the same time.

    Rustoleum flat black rattle can for me to. itll help keep the rust off. I do like the por15 idea though cuz thats fairly easy to do as well and that will for sure keep the rust off. Might rustolieum then por15 over it to seal it.

    Finished my route a little while ago hahaha man were some of those hills treacherous! I got stuck going backwards/sideways down one that was sheer ice with a river flowing down. I did however get some of those slip on ice cleats and they worked amazing.

    Well I am not Ben but I can answer that...dont think you made the deadline of 1 Jan when we had to have our deposit in. Sure you can still contact Billy and order a set and get them on the pallet but they just wont be at the GB price is all.

    I was just there and there is still plenty of snow. We didn't travel up the rd that goes up the mountain because my friend only had a 2 wheel drive s10
