    Installed the new CB after work yesterday. couldn't quite install it how i wanted because of an air duct behind some of the plastic i wanted to cut out. I'll revisit it when i have more time

    lights up 7 differnt colors actually :p

    but yes.......i chose blue :D
    it actually has a cool little "day/night" button. you can choose a color and brightness setting for both. i have it set for bright and blue on "day", and it dims and turns red when for "night"

    4300K is "natural" light.

    5000K is whiter than 6000K

    however, although 4300 is natural, the 5000 will appear a little brighter.
    i have 5000 in my roof lights, and if my front hids ever burn out, i'm replacing the 6000s with 5000s.

    I would NEVER run 6000K if I had the choice...for anything.

    4300K for my headlights

    5000K for offroad lights if I were to HID them.

    I got all my headlight/fog light HID's for free and 1 fog light bulb burned out so i am going to replace all of the bulbs.
