    SOOOO pricey haha

Yea the t4i just it's that much better over the t3i. Some say it actually does t take better pics then the t3i :notsure:

The 60d would be my next choice if I could afford it. It looks very nice and versatile.

did I say anything ??? lol

in all seriousness, my buddy with the T3I said he would have waited for the couple hundred extra bucks he had and bought a 60D, in hind sight I kind of wish I would have jumped to the 7D, but that was another 600 lol

I bet if you watch craiglists, youll find a 60D in good shape for cheap :p

if don't won any lenses yet, you could also look at the Nikon 7000D

I got my 60D with a lens upgrade for 899, my 18-135mm is 650 alone and they only charged me extra 49.99 from the regular lens it comes with

love my fixed 50 and 40, but haven't really had the best opportunity to capture everything I wanted with them yet :p

Nice! Is this at an elk farm or something?

Not sure how I feel about these..did some re-editing of old pictures myself. I feel I over saturated them..especially the last one.

I enjoy coming to this thread. I always check up on it even though I rarely post. FearNothing I like your before shots better as I feel they look more "natural" and EOD..nice shots! I'm looking to get a new camera within the year..looking at the Canon T4i and the Sigma 30mm 1.4 lens. I currently have the Canon Rebel XS, first DSLR I bought 3 years ago.

Monte, if you are looking at spending like 7-800 on that t3i kit, my girl just bought her 60D for 599...a used 60D isn't that bad anymore if you are patient while looking. Look on keh.com they have really good prices on cameras in my opinion, and you can pick up some glass fairly cheap too. Also check bhphotovideo.com's used page too, that's where my girl got her 60D.

It's a very nice camera for sure. While it isn't a full frame, the IQ off of it is fantastic. Additionally the use of EF-S lenses gives me more choices to choose from. The 10-22mm I just got is so much fun and it's an amazing lens.

It's not. I went up to Cataloochee valley. There use to be a ton of elk in the area, now they are pretty scarce. They are trying to reintroduce, and repopulate the area, thats why you see the collar and tags on some of them. It's actually a big thing around this area to go up there and take pictures, it's an old community, with an old church, schoolhouse, and a couple of houses that are still there.
