You want the engine to be running for at least 30 minutes so it's easier to drain not all thick.

The 3400 in the grand prix SUCK but it's nothing like a 80's supra legit a mess! you have to move that filled filter all around wires and lines yuck. Some of the older escorts have the filter mounted on the back of the block about a 1/2" from the fire wall right where the flex pipe comes off the manifold ughh STUPID, you get burnt no matter which way you do it. The 3RZ (2.7) is a pain in the balls also, plenty or room and all just a long reach and it drains out all over the axle and pours out the skid plate.

I just use these, the rubber is super soft and sticky. I get all my filters off by hand everytime. Except the Ford diesels they are the size of a 2L bottle.

Actually I had a Grand Am GT. Lighter than the GP, so it was faster than even the 3800 Grand Prix (non-SC). Hardest part about changing the oil on the GA was getting under the car. Other than that easy access.

    Sick!

I ended up spraying my sliders with flex seal... As seen on tv. Ill tell you what, that shit is thick, and just about as close to line-x in a can as you can get. Hopefully it holds up better than the hammered shit before....

Random thought..instead of getting a bed mat, would it make sense to use a spray on bedliner? I have just the regular bed right now, no addition.

Bostonbilly got a mat from Home Depot or something similar . He laid my mat over it and trimmed it to fit . I think he said it was pretty cheap . Just a idea to save you some money .

Not even sure I will do that..seems like one more thing to lose or whatever, where I already have the composite bed and don't haul stuff often

He got a horse mat from Tractor Supply Store or Graingers, one of those types of stores. The damn thing was thick though!

I was gonna say, did he know you were racing him??

Last time I tried racing one of those I was in my Silverado and got my ass handed to me (as expected). And the good thing about losing to one of those is the sounds you hear from them revving up as they blow by you

I tried racing one once. Even though I was at 140mph I still had no chance. We raced from the beginning of 295 until about exit 8, where I believe he had to stop for gas lol

Lol true. I managed to slip past him in 3rd gear. He started to fight back, but there was a merge and he backed down.

This was from the light near Angelica's in Middleton.

When I had my WS-6 I though I had a chance racing an AMG SL-55. I was doing 160mph and he flew by me! 2 old guys in that car to make it worse.
