    In the greater Sac metro area (say 50 mile radius), It is not uncommon to see ads for entire shops of one sort or another liquidating major tools. If you're not in a rush to find the right thing, it can pay off. Plus people who just overbuy toys on credit and have no sense and are trying to dig out. Like half the 2nd gen owners.
