    Here is tonight's dinner I pan fried chicken in olive oil. Added tomatoes,black olives, and prosciutto with cheddar cheese or pepper jack.

    I was going to say coleslaw as well. If you wanted to try something pretty good too is to grill a slice of pineapple and put it on the bun with pulled pork. I like that alot especially when I get fresh pineapple.
