My dog ate it all with wrappers and everything. I need a safe just to keep my chocolates now.

 

hopefully he didn't eat too much....chocolate=not good for degs

 

He ate all of it , last easter he went into my sisters room and ate her chocolate rabbit.(those that come wrapped in foil). im going to box up my chocolate for now on.

It's only the pure cooking chocolate. My lab eats chocolate all the time because he finds it. I had a pit bull that when I went to my moms she would find boxes of chocolate. She is 9 and still does it lol. (My buddy owns her since I moved to Denver).

 

I have had mine for a while now. Never really put it to use, but I feel better knowing it is there

Its pure chocolate that is really bad for dogs. And most people don't eat really pure dark chocolate, its too bitter for most. I think a dog would have to eat about 10 pounds of Hershey special dark in order to actually get poisoned.
However, chocolate almost always gives dogs the shits, so they can have one small piece and give you a massive headache from having to clean up diarrhea all over your house.
