IMO it depends on what brand they are, Eagle or Ramline I wouldn't pay $5.00 a piece for them, Butler Creek plastic lipped only slightly better, steel lips (for the most part) are decent mags, I have zero experience with the BX25 Ruger mags, I'd guess there fine.

The Jamlines I had were complete junk, now this was a few years back. Maybe they have been updated. Worked OK for short period of time, but after they start to get dirty, (no good way to clean them) they start hanging up. Best of luck but, in his market if you want, you can certainly turn them over.

I bought 2 of the BX25 but have not used them yet. I have had a 10/22 since 81 and have found just able any mag with the steel lip last longer. But the way things are now just about any 25 rounder will work because the last band made the price jump up to 50 to 100 dollars. Jump while you can. THe good part about the BX25 mags is you can take them apart to clean...................

Look at the Nikon Monarch. I have one on my 10-22 and love it. Its good quality and decently priced. I got the single power rimfire scope. Works perfectly for the range.

My guns are not for looks, they are for competition. Totally functional, reliable, and bad fast to shoot! Mine is not archangel. Mine is Nordic. it is nat a 150.00 mod. ur looking at $700 minimum, and I am a custom gunsmith so I do not charge myself labor. Cerakote is far superior to any other coating on the market, but it must be done correctly. I suggest you save yourself some time and money and have this done for you.

I don't shoot for competition and I'm not a gun smith. I do have an ATI Tacticool stock on my .22 It is totally functional reliable and fun to shoot. It is good to practice the basics on and it help curb flinch.

At the same time.. I have a few mill surplus guns that need a lot of work. I picked up a Chinese T53 mosin. The stock is terrible and it is a bit rusty, but it is still shoot-able. It is the perfect gun to refurbish. It is cheep it holds no collector value and has been a great project. The Cerakote looks like the best option over re-bluing it. It will be fun to try to coat it my self.

Just ordered a Tac Sol barrel, Hogue stock, and Nikon rimfire scope for my 10/22. Shipping needs to hurry up and then spring really needs to hurry up so the squirrels will come out.

I'm actually thinking about selling mine guys (or trading, preferably trading).

I've got an all weather 10/22 with a green mountain barrel, boyds evolution stock, and 3 10 round magazines

How much do y'all think I could get for it?

I also have the original stock and barrel

I'm trying to get a C 455 in either .22 LR or .22 mag (actually any bolt action in those)
