I might pick up another AR or 2 to when all the NY guns come on the market. There might be a large supply of desperate sellers trying to unload guns from NY. NY loss will be our gain.

Found a S&W MP15 today at a local shop, they wanted $1895.00 for it! I am guessing the 100% price markup is why it is still on the wall.

Just got back from walking around SHOT show, lotta talk about whats coming out. the magpul guys were awesome, but they said thay are burning both ends to get orders out. Trijicon had a .300 blackout 3x they are debuting. Mark Larue unpacked a takedown AR (PredAtOBR??) that looked really slick. I saw a few things that caught my eye, ARMASIGHT has a neat little micro red dot, I am still an aimpoint fan though. The guys at KAC and FN and HK were all pretty busy. I also saw Lou Ferigno, that dude is still a beast. Since I am still on my honeymoon, I am now going to go pay attention to the wife.

 

You know the AVN show is in town....

i paid 599$ for my M&P 15 OR...well actually 699$ because i took the 5 extra PMAGS and i kind regretted it..becuase i didnt know PMAGS were so cheap. but now its like i got them for a steal @20$ a piece

 

I believe it was the OR model they had. No front sight just a gas block. I am starting to think I really did wait to long to find a complete gun anywhere at a somewhat reasonable price. Looks like my only option now is to attempt a build. Hoping GPI gets their SLR15 complete lowers back in stock soon. Any recommended reading for a first time AR builder?

 

I paid $999 for my Sig Sauer M400T about 5 months ago, and I just saw one for sale for $2150. Crazy stuff out there. The vendors at a local gun show were selling .223 rounds for $1 each, and they were reloads, not new. Luckily I have about 700 rounds in my stash, but want to buy another 1000 round brick. Gonna have to wait though, can't be dumping $1K on ammo right now.

 

im getting one made this week. fuck this gov and taking away our rights. its so funny to see that no gun stores have any ar's or 223/5.56 rounds. cant wait to get my hands on mine.

 

No talk of politics....but everywhere is sold out of ammo which sucks

I'm waiting for a chance to get a case of .22 lr for a reasonable price, I'm below 2000 rounds now and that is 3-4 months of shooting
