long story short, the house i was living in was foreclosed and i was given a notice to vacate. however, the law said i had 90 days or more to stay there.

wells fargo stuck their lawyers on me and sued me and threatened me with all kinds of bad stuff.

i contacted a lawyer who said i have little chance to win and the banks hire teams of pitbull lawyers and they never lose.

i decided to have fun and challenge them in court by myself.

a little researching the law i filed all my papers with the court and the judge tossed out their lawsuit and granted me 90 days.

i had intended all along to leave after 90 days and make it easier for everyone but since wells fargo picked the fight i decided to fight back.

feels good to win and beat the big guys.

And we are the idiots who sign docs created by these leaches. Not trying to start anything here, just saying accountability no longer exists, majority has their hand out and blame is a common approach.

Amazes me the amount of people who are adopting their old habits absorbing debt by consumption of material possessions. Seems we just may never learn.

Congrats on the win though OP, ignor the above just making a statement.

Sounds like YOU signed paperwork on a house YOU couldnt afford, and the lender wants you out since YOU are now unable to make payments on it, and YOU want an internet high five because you want to continue to stay in the house that YOU couldnt afford.

Sounds to me like YOU should reevaluate your priorities instead of focusing on how to stay in a house you are no longer making payments on.

but since you decided to post a thread and tell the wold your great story "HIGH FIVE" for not paying your bills. :)

seriously I dont know your situation but figured you should here it like everyone else sees it ....... good luck to you .....

Unless of course he is renting and the home owner is the one at fault.

Otherwise, completely agree. You made a shitty investment and couldn't take the hit...you still lost the house...

    stock, for now

YOU missed the point. The OP said that he was given 90 days to move. Then they tried to stick it up his ass.

He dosen't need your approval for doing what he did.

Everyone is an internet tough guy.

Dude that was some serious ass hat type statement right there. How the hell do YOU know how other people see his message? Most mature people wouldnt dream of judging the OP because his hardship could have been caused by a NUMBER of reasons, none of wich you know squat about. It is not my business why he lost his house and I dont care but for you to point an accusasional finger that way is just flat out wrong. Hope ya feel better for kicking someone when their down......

To the OP, Dude, sorry to hear about you losing your house, I just bought mine last year and it would be devistating to lose these sticks and stones that I have come to love and call home. I agree with the others here, I give ya props for fighting back for whats right. I hope all turns out well for you and your family, Good luck........
