    You're*

He still wasn't fighting a mortgage. He was fighting his right to stay in an establishment as a renter. Read the article.

Another ass hat trying to assume they know the whole story of WHY the OP lost his home. What makes you think that the OP got into a bad home loan? How do you know he didnt lose job? Or have a catastrophic medical emergency? The truth is you nor any other chump on this site knows his situation, so STFU and quit trying to paint the OP in a bad light when you dont know crap!

It's pretty cute when someone doesn't know how to reply to a rebuttal so they correct your spelling.

Also, the mortgage holder is Wells Fargo, obviously. He was fighting them. Correct?

Well if we're just going to start making assumptions... maybe he was fired for masturbating in the workplace.

I'm sure the OP will be along soon with the full story.

Must not be talking to me because I replied with the correct spelling and a correct rebuttal.

And once again... he is fighting the lien holder (Wells Fargo) of a house that was foreclosed on, to stay in it for the 90 days that the law says he gets because he is a renter. He doesn't need to know shit about a mortgage to do this...

Either way, renting - owning, whatever... OP may have won the battle but lost the war, question is was it really worth all the court cost and such?

every1 here is awesum - I love this sight - Grammar correctors and all thats stuff .........

have fun with that last sentence. :/

Anywho alot of people seem to agree with my original post and the only reason I wrote it because Im sure that is how alot of us taxpaying citizens feel. The bailout wasnt the banks problems. Nobody made anyone sign any documents on a house they couldnt afford. BLAH BLAH BLAH ...... (I dont think anyone wants to get into thats stuff)

I dont know why so many people arre defending this guy OP - he is messing up the housing market - slowing down the court system and wants to brag about it ......

Now if he was a renter of said house - I really cant see him fighting the courts and instead simply moving his belonging and moving into an apartment ..... The end...

I will come back in this thread because everyones comments are great and will respond if needed ..... Take Care....

What court cost? It was thrown out by the judge and he got his 90 days by law. He maybe spent the $50 to file the lawsuit but that's it. He said he went at it himself so no lawyer fees and nobody went to a courtroom anyway.
