• Bans possession of any high-capacity magazines regardless of when they were made or sold. Only clips able to hold up to seven rounds can be sold in the state. Clips able to hold seven to 10 rounds can be possessed, but cannot be loaded with more than seven rounds. If an owner is found to have eight or more bullets in a magazine, he or she could face a misdemeanor charge.

 

It doesn't say anything about 7 in the clip and one in the chamber! Me and my 1911 are still rollin full!

Many things are not legal for sale. IE: crack. Sell them and make good money. If they are banned they are worth more in a ban then when not banned because I could go to any gun store and pick up a pmag.

This illegal advice is going to get this shut down. The man can't have the magazines anymore in NY. He needs to sell them so he doesn't do prison time. Quit telling him that he should hide them or sell them on the black market because they are banned magazines.

Also, just for shits and giggles you should ask your county Sheriff what his opinons on the matter are about the state limiting mag rounds and assault weapons. Not tell him you may or may not have any, but to see what his and his department's opinion on the laws are.
