I applaud your tenacity in this matter, I'm truly happy for you, banks like Wellsfargo,BofA & others who grabbed the federal bail out (tax payers $$$) under the assumption once they were solvent again would start doing the right thing & resume loans & refinancing mortagages (though they didn't) continued a path of foreclosures (some illegaly) & sat on the money, typical douchebag banks.....

I tried talking to the bank about purchasing the home but they didnt seem to interested. Not sure why since they are now sitting on a massively underwater property.

 

Cuz they already got their check from uncle Sam to pay off that property. They'll let it rot in the neighborhood then sell it when the market picks up....douchbags.
