On my third Optima. I do not recommend. The redtop in the Tacoma took a crap after 9 mos, replaced with a yellow top under warranty. Jeep has a redtop, less than a year old, I am sure it will die soon.

Diehard Platinum, best unit you will find short of an Odyssey.

I thought I remember reading a while back that Optima got bought out and have turned to shit. And that Diehard Platinum is actually a rebranded Odyssey. I think that's why I went with the Platinum for my tailgating stuff.

Some of the guys on TOR said the same thing or something similar :can'tremember:

I got Duralast in mine. Good warranty and cheap prices. Before that I always ran Die Hard with no issues.

Just had a buddy break on the trail 2 weekends ago. Turns out his Tom Woods had horrible weld penetration and failed at the U joint weld. Luckily for him all he had to do was grind off the old crap and throw a new bead on. I was not impressed at all. For the money you pay them that thing should be bullet proof. He's not even putting out 100hp in his Samari.

    This....

Dude I drove my truck 4 times in 4 months and my truck started right up last night when I went to move it. Granted it sounded like it was going to explode.........:bananadead:

    You has wire issues :p

    OE driveshafts are .060

I can't even use .060 cladding at work because it's so thin. We use .080 minimum. Of course we are using aluminum and the DS is steel.

Main computer is under radio. No clue what a SRS ECM is
